I love this office!!! I call and talk to the girls and they are so nice. I personally deal with Stacey Andrews and she has done her job and then some for me. She has been my go to for a few years now. All the staff at Kutney Insurance Agency know their jobs and do it well!!!!!

I had an unfortunate fender bender to the tune of about $3,400.00. I filed the claim with the Nationwide 800 number claims service and was given a claim number. A week later, I called the claim rep at the 800 number again, and was told my check was being sent so I could get the work done. After two weeks, and no check I called my claim rep and left a voice mail and got no return call. I left an email that same day, and no return email. Over the next week, I called and left messages and emails 6 different times for my claims rep with no call back or email. She was not out of office or on vacation, just unresponsive. Frustrated, I called my local Nationwide rep in Williamsport Pa. For help, Kutney Insurance Agency, and spoke to Stacey Andrews. Stacey gave me first class service and attention and treated me like I mattered and she was genuinely interested and more than willing to help me. I called her at 4 pm on a Friday, and she knowledgeably and aggressively took the wheel, and made things happen. Long story short I had an answer and resolution by the end of the day before she went home, and my car was scheduled for repair and the situation handled 100% thanks to her. Stacey is an amazing person who will go above and beyond to assist you even when the parent company (Nationwide) doesn’t seem to “be on your side”

Erica at Kutney insurance is absolutely amazing. She made putting car insurance into my daughter’s name so easy and the great rate she got her is an added bonus!! Highly recommend going to see her for all your insurance needs!!!
